Salt-brewed oden menus such as "Croissant Oden

One of our menu items, Croissant Oden, is served as an ingredient in salted dashi oden.
This dish is a combination of croissant dough and salted dashi.

In addition, we also offer other odd menus such as "Lettuce Oden" and "Beef Tongue Oden".
Salt-brewed oden also features standard ingredients such as daikon radish prepared three days in advance, half-boiled egg, and chicken tsukune (chicken ball).

Kumamoto's local cuisine and kushiyaki menu are also available.

We also have local dishes of Kumamoto and Kyushu such as "sesame shime saba", "horse sashimi", and "spicy lotus root".

We also offer a menu of grilled skewers such as Kumamoto yakitori, beef halami skewers, and white liver.
