At Higo-ya, we serve creative dishes featuring our signature “Higo Kushi-yaki” and “Shio-dashi Oden.” Our signature “Salt-Broth Oden” features carefully selected ingredients slowly simmered in a special salt broth, allowing you to enjoy a simple yet deeply rich umami flavor. In addition to classic oden dishes, unique variations like “Croissant Oden” and “New Seafood Oden” are also popular.
